Good service and worth product
I have brought this mixie two times for my parents and my home. Best for the price I'm writing this becoz recently the motor was very noise after 4 years of purchase and they replaced the parts and service all free. Reach their website and customer care they will direct u promptly. Satisfied with product and service. Sharpness is good

Good product, excellent build minus the flimsy jar lids
Bought for my mum. She's happy so all good. Was told it grinds faster than her existing mixer grinder (summet). Nice stainless steel body. Con's- The quality of the Jar lids are not really good. Wish they were made of harder material like poly-carbonate or ABS. and seems they could scratch any moment or brake in the first fall. Pro- Stainless steel body. Had checked the product out in person before ordering from Amazon. The issue with most mixer grinders with Plastic body's i found in the market was that they weren't strong enough nor were their jars made of good high density steel. Picked this model as it satisfied most criteria. Except the Jar lids. Alternatively- Look at Butterfly, they come with 3 year warranty. Their body is Strongly built and have polycarbonate jar lids too. Didn't buy it since mum doesn't like Butterfly. The first preference was Summet

Best mixer from Preethi
The mixer is awesome. In love with the product. The chutney jar is so good grinds very well very fast. And also I tried doing powders for puliyogare and Vangi bath . That also it grinds to very smooth and fine powder. The noise is also on low side not too much. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to others. Don’t go by the negative reviews. This is worth the money

Delivered used product and seal was opened before delivered to customer. Build quality not good. Jar handle was not much quality.

Writing after using it for a month Quality of Stainless steel body - 5/5 Performance - 4/5 (not able to grind dry coocnut pieces in fine paste for coconut chutney) Easy to clean Less noisy

Must required item in kitchen
Life long free service is added advantage with preethi. Motor used in this mixer grinder is same as Zodiac series. So grinding speed is high and noise is less. Only one of the jar is getting heated due to narrow shape. Otherwise mixer grinder is good quality.

Great product but Caveat emptor.....
As a product from the Preethi brand of mixies I am sure this will be a great product. What I am alerting in this review is to ensure that the device is brand new. Somehow I feel that discovering powdered rice in the mixer jars does not augur well to give such confidence. Will the seller please explain the powder residue in a brand new mixie jar ? Please see photos above.
