Excellent product, a bit costlier than other options but very good quality & decent size. Bought it for my parents considering the number of reviews & star ratings given. The product comes with 3different attachments as mentioned & works beautifully. The build quality of the product is also very good & seems very safe in practice. Being satisfied by the performance; I just re=ordered one for myself as well. I had bought a similar steamer locally for a much lower price, which i had used for a year or so. The item I had bought locally for a lower price used to give sparks from time to time. Honestly, I used to feel cautious of using the local product considering it a safety hazard. My fears were not illplaced as one day there was a big spark (kind of an electrical short circuit) when my wife was using it & the device stopped functioning; fortunately there was no damage to any electrical equipments at home. I didnt expect it to last long in any case, but the safety hazard was a big issue for me. However for this product's plastic is also good, balance of is good as its seems slightly bigger (so difficult to tip-over), wires & connections are of decent quality (so no short-circuit / fire hazard). My parents are using 1 product for 2 months & myself for 1 month now. Extremely satisfied.

Market is flooded with such products but this one is really impressive. In April 2021, I bought it for personal use,it's really very easy to use product. The water gets heated very quick so be careful of the steam in the initial moments. Though it's a value for money product but I also have a complaint about my delivery experience as the product which I got was in good shape but no warranty card and users manual were in the packaging. Also the packaging of the product was not satisfactory.

Waste of money, forget steam, water doesn’t even heat. And theres no return policy

This facial steamer is a must for all who suffers from cold,acute bronchitis,asthama and sinusitis Made full of plastic but works very well for the purpose created. Helps in relieving cold and cough and sinus infections. This device heats water instantly and after the water is heated,one can attach the desired attachment for inhaling the steam. One should keep in mind that the device should not be kept on for a long time and should be stopped after the water has heated. I am using this for 5-10 minutes and it gives me relief from sinusitis and acute cold. One should not use this for more than 10 minutes as this a small item with no auto off switching mechanism which may damage the item.But I have been using this item for a long time and till now it works pretty well.

Good Product. An ON/OFF switch on the device itself will be very helpful and convenient for user. The product is very flimsy. Stopped working in less than 5 month. Total breakdown. Now cannot even return to the manufacturer. What is the alternative ?? Had I bought from a stores, instead from Amazon,I would have got free replacement. As all such products comes with one year warranty. This has given way in less than 5 months.

Quality of material used is very good. Appearance of product is classic. Size is great. Product is very useful for taking vapour.
