Excellent Product. The motor is very light weighted and you don't really feel tired carrying it on your hand. Thanks to the superb design. The motor is also very powerful and it cleans the floors and house quite easily. The only concern I have is that there is no dust bag attached to the filter. This makes cleaning the filter a little difficult. as you will be fully exposed to all the dust and dirt inside the filter . If you are sure that there is micro-dust in the filter, then I would recommend to cover your nose and mouth with a fine cloth while cleaning the filter or else you would end up in trouble.

This is really one of the best home vacuum systems available in the market. Pros: 1. Got loads of attachment for different uses. 2. Light weight and long cord which makes it easy to move around the house. 3. Really good vacuum, it clears almost all kind of dirt/waste especially around window sills and difficult to reach corners. Cons: 1. The only thing to complain is the small size of the dust container. With a single use for say one window it gets choked and needs cleaning. So for about 5 french windows I need to spend almost 20 mins just cleaning the dust collected in the compartment and cleaning the filter. Overall I can say its really good product at a slightly higher price of 3K but then its black and decker which is top quality product company!

This is a good looking sleek vac which has enough power to suck the house dirt in the house plus it can also blow the air from the opposite side which is great . Its handy and hard bin in provided in the product itself , no need to extra bags . However its a small one so cannot be used on large scale . Great Product .

Pro:1.Good suction power. 2. Good blower. 3.Very Long wire hence no need of extension board. Cons: 1. White Dust filter design very bad as it is very difficult to clean and dirty residue remain on filter even after a good wash with water & detergent.2.Attachment provided not useful for cleaning hard to reach places.3. Heats up within 15-20 mins of usage. In short, A good powerful Vaccum cleaner but takes more time to clean the white dust filter.

It has a good suction power but filter is too tiny. Filter clean indicator turns red every couple of minutes of use. Cleaning the pathetic filter is a real pain and that itself spreads 60% dust collected using the vaccum cleaner. Try whatever method the filter can not be cleaned 100% so clean filter indicator is always at 50 % and clogs in 2 minutes. Attachments and accessories are way confusing to connect. It's kind of puzzle to fit the required attachment. It has to many tiny parts to attach and some parts are so tiny, due to their narrow suction mouth, clean filter indicator turns red. Dont know who designed this product or even doubt if the product is original or not. Wont recommend this product to anyone. Wasted my money around a month ago.

Great product with certainly good number of attachments for all type of household cleaning. With extended power cord I cleaned my car also with professional results in very less time due to its heavy duty nature, unlike the conventional car vacuum cleaners. I see no cons with the product until I use it extensively and repeatedly. Overall a very good quality product with great value for money and a must have item for a beginner.

Received the product on time in company sealed packaging, additionally & excellently packed by Amazon. Purchased this vacuum cleaner as a complement to my heavy duty LG vacuum cleaner which I use to do the heavy lifting. This one I use to do light cleaning. Within the small portable Vacuum cleaner range I checked, this was the best. It was the only one that has vacuum and blower function. Build quality is good. Compared to others it provides the most accessories. For its size it is powerful but has a small dust holding capacity and the filter needs to be cleaned in between, if the VC is used to clean multiple rooms in one go. This will prevent it from over heating and cutting off. The only con is a replacement or spare HEPA filter is hard to come by. It is not available on Amazon and most of the service centres listed on Black & Decker's site say they only service Black & Decker power tools and hence cannot provide spare filters.

My perfect companion during this diwali cleaning. Its chota packet with lots of power action. Pros-1.Its very colorful, looks appealing & compact. 2.Its has very strong suction power, helped me in cleaning window crevices easily, most toughest area. 3. Attachments are very simple yet functional, after couple of usage you can decide which one to use for particular type of cleaning. 4. Best is that its very handy, small and compact. Earlier I used canister vacuum cleaner. Everytime, thought of taking that bulky machine out to clean was troublesome for me. Cons- IT gets heated very soon, so you have to take break very frequently. But I combined it with manual dusting simultaneously. By that time it cooled enough for reuse.
