Perfect for your meds for travelling, works a treat

I wish I could give this six stars! I used this to travel to Florida recently and even after a full day in my back with 2 pens average the temperature was as cold as a fridge and this was following a day at the beach in 100degree heat. Perfect size, enough storage for plenty of sharps and sturdy to survive being shoved in a locker. Cost effective, easy to carry and and fill preof operation.

I use this for several pens at a time. It's secure and robust and the temp control is good. Plus it doesn't look 'medical'. Really good. It is heavy, which I like but others may not.

A useful Diabetic travelling case with space for two pens , insulin cartridges , and blood testing meter. 2 coolant sachets supplied which worked for several hours. Happy with purchase.

This is a fantastic travel case, ideal for insulin and Mounjaro, among other medications. It successfully maintained the coolness of my medication for the entire 26 hours of our journey.

Amazing. Does exactly what it says it does. Honestly fantastic. Kept cold for over 19 h hours and it was still cold!

The YOUSHARES Insulin Travel Case is decent but not perfect. It does keep pens cool, but I’ve found it doesn’t quite hold the temperature as long as the advertised 48 hours it is more like a day and a half, depending on conditions. The size is handy and it’s easy to carry, which is a big plus for travel. However, the interior space is quite limited once you add the cooling packs, so fitting multiple pens can be a squeeze. Overall, it’s a useful case for shorter trips, but I wouldn’t rely on it alone for extended travel without access to a fridge.

Given 5 stars for the speedy delivery and quality, not used yet so can’t comment how effective it is keeping my pen injections cool. Love that it also stores my other meds. So every thing in one place
