Out the box i had a few errors i belive was me not unit.it comes with aftercare some man helped talk me throught it all and working perfect and what a good bit of kit it is first time user

Easy enough to set up to use but it's worth watching the Poolin videos first. We had a problem with the threader mechanism, and then got a spindle error. I contacted one of the support technicians via Whatsapp (check the QR codes in the documentation). Kane was quick to respond and, thanks to his excellent support, we were able to solve both problems and the machine is working nicely again.

i had always wanted a Embroidery machine and was always very worried about the technical parts of owning one. We were on the amazon shopping page and found the poolin EO6O6 which had everything i would need and my heart started racing as it was only one needle and it very user friendly so purchased it and what a absolutely a great little machine it has everything that was needed for a beginner with designs and all that is needed to start straight away with Embroidery projects and plenty of help and support online its also very good value for money with the hoop sizes i adore my poolin EO6O6 Embroidery machine and i am learning so much on how to use it with the instructin book and poolin support i can highly recommend it for someone who would like a first time Embroidery machine

Not difficult to use. You do need to follow the YouTube videos to update and understand how to use the machine. The results are very good but it is a learning curve.

I love my embroidery machine, I am a first time user and its brilliant. My first trial came out perfectly the 3rd time of threading. You have online help 24/7. Thank you Leo. So first time user friendly. I'm so happy I got it. It's brilliant ❤️

I received the embroidery machine, I can't say it was a good machine or a bad machine as I didn't get the opportunity to use it, although I can say some of demos on line were positive. When the machine arrived and I took it out of the box it was damaged and I had the impression it was a second hand machine, because it had the look that it had been used, even to a point an information label looked as though it been pulled off a badly resealed. So all of this put me off ordering another one. So I just returned it and was issued a full refund with no issues.

Fantastic machine which comes with some basic designs all ready to stitch out. Embroidery thread and some stabiliser also included. What is best is the after service and support given by the Poolin team, they are fantastic. There are many videos by Poolin on how to use the machine. The handling by the delivery service could have been better as my needle was bent (some spares included) and some panels were loose. The machine worked and the team helped me check my machine. They have also helped me upgrade it, giving clear instructions on a video how to do it.

Great machine, i've had some teething issues but that has been user error and Leo from the support team has been brilliant! The EOC06 is a great machine, that does exactly what I need it to.

La partie logicielle est très bien faite, la machine reprend là où elle s'est arrêtée et même après une coupure de courant. Quelques réglages sont nécessaires mais de mes premières expérience elle tient ses promesses.

Upadate after New Machine Arrived.... Well I waited a bit since the new machine arrived as I promised I would provide an update on this. Upon unpacking, all seemed well. During shipping however, the arm that moves the hoops was not seated in the slot it should be, a loosening of a screw and it dropped in without issue. I have now completed several projects, however before I did, I properly lubricated it as per the instructions you can find on Poolin's YouTube Page, It is very easy to do. I then began several projects, which included Shirts, SweatShirts, Tote Bags, "In the Hoop" Mug Rugs and Eyeglass Holders. All came out very nice, I found cleaning the Bobbin compartment after every poject has been very helpful. It also will take newbies like myself a bit more time to get used to threading properly, now I find it quite easy and I take my time while doing so, this has led to very few Thread Breaks that occasionally happen with any embroidery Machine. Now here is what is most impressive, CUSTOMER SERVICE and SUPPORT is by far the BEST of any that I have EVER encountered, The team at Poolin that consisted of Kane, Jody, and the rest have kept in constant contact with me, via Facebook and Whatsapp from the beginning. They continue to check in sometimes several times a week to be sure all is well, They are the most patient and helpful people I have ever dealt with! Really a tremendous group of people, I have never seen a more dedicated team to Customer Support then this group of wonderful People! They are absouletly FANTASTIC! I am very pleased with new machine, I believe the first one received was either just a electronics issue, perhaps faulty wiring, or possibly caused during shipping, but nonetheless, It was replaced promptly and this one seems to working very well. I take great care in all my purchases, especially ones this expensive. I follow all the recommended Maintenance that is suggested and it is my hope I have this for many years to come, In fact, I am now considering a larger multi-needle machine, however it is quite costly and above my budget, but if there is a great sale in the future, or I somehow come across an awesome deal or win a promotion then there is no doubt it will be from the wonderful people at POOLIN! I hope this detailed review is helpful to all considering and can rest assured it is backed by a great dedicated company. I will post again here if needed, but for now, all I can say is "Thank You Poolin Customer Support! Keep doing what your doing and I wish your company all the best and futher hope you continue to grow into a leader in the Embroidery Market! UPDATE AFTER 13 Days of Use.... Well I should of waited for my first review as I normally do, but all was working fine for the first 13 Days, then all of sudden the design would not stay centered and tried embroidering outside the hoop area, all settings were checked and found to be correct while doing this out of corner of my eye I saw the image move on it's own? I was able to actually get a video of this after trying again and verified with the Poolin Support who at first tried to blame it on being near electronics, once they realized I have it sitting alone on it's own table and all was working fine they backed off and offered a replacement. I am quite hesitant on doing so due to the cost of this item and future longevity, but I will give another chance since I am still in the Amazon return window. They (Poolin) claims they will have new one sent within 3-5 days. Hopefully that is the case. For now with those considering purchase, I would have to say USE CAUTION! I will update this within a week for others. Written below was my first remarks. This was my first ever Embroidery Machine, I was looking for something that would do various sizes to include sweatshirts and T-Shirts. There are many out there but this was the most cost effective out of all that I researched. I did alot of reading, asking questions to many, and several YouTube Videos from owners of this machine. All were very pleased with it. One of most common was how impressed they were with the Poolin Engineers and Customer Support. All of this positivity made the decision for me to purchase. What happened upon me purchasing it here really surprised me! I received a message from Poolin Customer Support while waiting the machine to arrive (By the way, this all happened the same day as the machine was due to arrive in one day). The kind lady named Jessie, messaged me and arranged to have me connected to "Kane" who is an engineer with the company, we connected via WhatsApp and he told me to reach out to him upon receiving the machine and having it out of the box, He would then help me in testing and becoming comfortable with the machine. I also joined the Facebook Group. The very next day the machine arrived, I removed it from the box and began setting it up. I followed the easy directions and had an issue which prompted me to speak with Kane via Whatsapp. A few moments later I had the machine running and it is working great! Be mindful I have never done this in the past, Threading it was challenging as I expected since I never done that before, but now after a few times I find it very easy. Only have had it about 3 days but everything I have done is really coming out very nice. I am shocked at such exceptional customer support. Kane has been great! I am impressed by how much this company truly feels about their product and want everyone to be pleased. If you looking for a great machine, I recommend this company without hesitation.
