Second Time is the Charm
So, apparently Amazon shipped me the one items the first time, as I originally asked for the OEM/Cisco and received the Arista versions, which were unstable. Returned and my second order was correct. Am using these in a UniFi Dream Machine Pro SE and UniFi USW-Aggregation switch, and both are working perfectly and stable. These also appear to report accurate power and voltage in the Unify controller too. Not too sure if these are Broadcom or Marvell units (I think these may be Broadcom), but so far working correctly with no issues.

Works on a 10g NIC
Slipped the transceiver into a 10g NIC and did a iperf3 test. Got around 9.8gbit/sec with 4 connections. No problems. It gets a little hot but so do all my other 10gbe modules.

Good to have one of these on hand!
I am a technician and one or two of these is a good thing to have on hand just in case one goes bad with the original equipment. I have used these devices to link between data racks and they work very well. 10G speeds are more than adequate for most of my applications. No need to pay for or deal with fiber terminations with these. I love them, and this is a quality product with solid performance. Try it for yourself!

Works well and good transfer rates
I've been able to get full transfer rates of 10Gb using this with multiple switches from different brands. It does get hot, but that is expected from SFP+ modules. I haven't had any issues with it so far and did some tests to keep it at a very high workload of transfer rate using large and small files for about two days without any issues or performance problems.
