I’ve been really impressed with these Boka mouthwash tablets. They’re fluoride‑free and alcohol‑free, which is exactly what I was looking for, and the hydroxyapatite is a nice bonus for supporting enamel without the harshness of traditional mouthwashes. The tablets dissolve easily, the flavor is refreshing without being overpowering, and there’s no burning sensation at all. Do NOT chew and swallow like I did the first time. Chew, get salva going and swish. My teeth never felt so clean!!! I also love that they’re travel‑friendly and cut down on plastic waste compared to big bottles. My breath feels fresh, and my mouth feels clean without that chemical aftertaste. If you’re trying to switch to a cleaner, gentler oral‑care routine, these are a great option.

This is a good plastic-free, portable form of mouthwash. Pop one or two tablets in your mouth, chew well, add a little water if your mouth is particularly dry (mine is), swish, and spit. That's it. They don't burn like regular mouthwash, and they leave a nice flavor that isn't overpowering and that lasts longer than other mouthwashes have for me. It's a balanced flavor, if that means anything to you - basically, my mouth somehow feels right afterwards. I was skeptical about the claim that these improve the mouth microbiome, but they've virtually eliminated the thick white layer (presumably thrush) that I've been fighting to clear off my tongue forever. So, yeah, these are definitely a winner.

I like it. It's very convenient. I personally don't have a problem with swishing with my own spit. Saliva has important components for tooth health. It does produce a lot the longer it's in your mouth. The ingredients are mostly good, the flavor is fine. It's a bit pricey but that's what happens when you don't buy big corporate brands that are worse for you. I like the packaging too. I hope they have refill packets for less waste. I've gotten a container keychain and put a dozen in there so I have access to them at all times. I will try others as well.

This is great! Made the switch away from Fluoride years ago. However, the market for mouthwashes that are not as disruptive to your mouth biome is lacking ... enter this product! Only thing is that it leaves a funny taste in my mouth for a while after use. Not a complaint - the flavor is great.

I really like these for a starter toothpaste when I travel, actually, not as a replacement mouthwash. That aside, when you first start chewing on the tablet, it is really hard for the powder that is released to not get aspirated. Even if you hold your breath, there’s something about the mint in it that triggers the airway, and I almost always have to cough it out before I can finish chewing it up and using it. I would be surprised if this isn’t a complaint that they get overtime. Aside from that detail, everything else about it I really like. Especially if I brushed my teeth while it’s in my mouth I get a really good thorough feeling clean.

Okay, let me start by saying I am a huge skeptic. I need to research things to the nine's and read legit reviews before I buy anything new. I have had cavities from a very young age and receeding gumlines all my life. At age 50, I have gone all natural, got rid of everything toxic, and got really healthy. I have been listening to Dr. HUBERMAN podcast on you tube and found one he did on oral health. He gets very detailed about how to heal your oral health. He spoke specifically about hydroxyapetite and xylitol and their benefits. I then started searching for mouthwashes with these ingredients because i am seriously concerned my teeth are going to fall out from these receeding gums. I have been told all my life there was nothing you can do. I knew in my gut that was a lie. I knew there had to be a way to heal our mouths naturally. Then found BOKA. I got them. I tried them. I lOVE THEM! They are perfect! They are minty fresh, easy to use, makes my mouth feel clean and if they actually do heal my mouth....then awesome sauce! I read all the reviews. I see the after taste. But, i think its a personal choice. I like the after taste. It tastes and feels like a clean mouth. I feel the tinglyness. Yes. But I believe from my health and science background it is the mint, aloe, probiotics and everything else stimulating the skin and blood to start the regeneration of skin and mineral. Im happy to report back again in a month or so with outcome plus before and after photos👍🏽

I’ve been on the hunt for a product that not only helps the environment by using a metal container that I can repurpose but is also a Probiotic and that isn’t the best part. Well, it also contains hydroxyapatite a mineral that your teeth are made of to help prevent cavities. Super cool! One con for me is the chalky-ness it has when you first chew but it does make me salivate quickly so I swish that around in my mouth for 30 seconds and spit a few times. I noticed that the minty flavor is quite strong and I have a pleasant “tingle” sensation after using it that lasts for a few hours. I do not recommend using it before you eat. It does help me stop eating at night for that reason. Which I’ve turned into a ritual, I use it right after my last meal so I’m not tempted to eat snacks while watching TV in the evening. I was able to take it with me on a trip and it was simple to have in my bag I never worried about liquid spilling in my bag and making a mess. I gave this a high rating because I love that it helps fight my morning zombie breath with good bacteria, natural mint, is a great space saver, and has a great supply (90tabs), and the best part it remineralizes my teeth to fight tooth decay. I highly recommend giving this product a try I’m sure you’ll love it too.

I’m so happy I found these tablets. So convenient, no measuring, no cups, just pop it in mouth, chew and swish for 30 seconds. I swear my mouth feels fresh and teeth whiter.

Rough texture on the teeth when chewing is concerning and the color once dissolved is yellow which is a staining concern. Doesn't dissolve fully and chewed bits remain on teeth requiring brushing.
