I set up my printer 7 months after I bought it. I followed all the steps and was ready to print, but ran into a wall. Everything moved, software was functional, but nothing was printing onto DTF film. I immediately contacted tech support. Cindy, the customer service rep, helped me and connected me to the engineering staff. They walked me through troubleshooting and after several tests, they concluded that my printhead had clogged/dried out because it sat unused for months. Now a new printhead is not cheap. It’s about 1/4 the cost of the printer itself. I felt doomed and was about to give up and just toss my printer out. The engineering staff reconnected me with Cindy and she said that they would send me a new printhead. My first question, “How much dos it cost?” Low and behold, she says “We will send it to you at no cost.” Right then and there, all the positive reviews I read about this product prior to purchasing were true. Great product, excellent customer service, and flawless tech support. My new printhead arrived 2 days later and everything was up and running. Do not hesitate in buying this product. It’s worth every dollar spent!!

Amazing product with the best tech support bar none! I had a few questions and setup issues but along with the engineering team we dialed in the printer and it works FLAWLESS! Colors are rich and vibrant, cant recommend enough. Very well packaged for shipping and for the price its a no brainer.

This has been a really good printer for the past 2.5 months I have had it. The print quality is superb, with the colors being bright and standing up well to washing and so forth. I had previously purchased some DTFs from an online vendor (top rated), and these prints are as good and in some cases better than the professionally printed. It does a good job of keeping the white ink circulated and mixed. Again the printing is consistent and reliable for the most case. Customer support has been somewhat useful. When I received the printer it didn't come with the ink and powder as advertised and the software drive they supplied was loaded with viruses and was unusable. They responded within a couple of days and sent me a link to download the software and shipped me the missing ink. Since then everything has been working okay, until today. When I went to print I got two flashing red lights on the front, which called for resetting the Waste Ink pad. According to the documentation the software to do that was supposed to be on the USB drive, but when I went to the directory it just had documentation and a video on how to do the procedure, but the software is missing. I have reached back out to the only contact I have for them to see if they can send me a link to that software. I am also beginning to wonder what other software I may be missing that may be needed in the future. We will see how long the response time from customer support and I will update in the future. Update: It took sometime, but I was finally sent the correct file and was able to reset the printer and print again. I left the printer on so that it would keep stirring the ink and after sitting for almost two weeks and not being it printed beautifully, as you can see in the attached image. The white printed as expected and the colors turned out as well. I didn't even have to do a head cleaning or anything. I highly recommend this printer.

Product got here pretty fast. Had no issues with setting up. Great and amazing Tech Support that will walk you thru every step!

The waste ink tank wouldn’t pull after a week. I have a 24” Printer and am experienced in dtf printing. The ICC was horrible so I barely Got to use any of the printing that I attempted. I know How to shake my tanks, prime, keep my capping and wiper cleaned with distilled water no harsh chemicals. There is no reason that the waste ink pump would stop working after only one week. The circulation pumps on the desktop dtf printers are poorly designed. It is a time bomb waiting to happen. Also keep in mind, as soon as one thing goes down- it is a chain reaction. If you’re not quick enough then it will cause continuous problems. Parts aren’t easy to Get for them.

I bought this printer for my small business a couple months ago and it has been great so far. The print quality has been great. I love the film cutter that it has. The shipping of the printer was super fast! (Ordered on 11/10 and it arrived on 11/14!) It was packaged nicely and secured in a big box. I also love the look of this printer. I’ve been seeing a bunch of posts online regarding the “Procolored” DTF printer and wanted one, but I didn’t like the “panda” so I went for this one. This printer is very comparable to that other brand. Not only am I happy with my DTF printer, but their customer service rep, Cindy, is the best! She has reached out to me on multiple occasions on Amazon messaging to check on me and to see if I needed help with the set up or if I had any questions or issues. She even sent me another bottle of nozzle fluid cleaner to me as a Christmas gift for free! I did have an error that came up with the printer recently, however I reached out to Cindy and she got me in contact with their engineer team via Skype and they helped walk me through resolving that issue. Engineer Jerry and Hu from their team helped me with the process. I have nothing but nice things to say about this product and their customer service team. I am VERY happy I purchased from them and their whole team is the BEST!!
