Apps dont work
I am was so excited about this purchase... however this product is not ready for market...or at least not at this price as many things dont work properly or at all. it s been 3 months trying to fix an issue as the boox doesnt download my work emails. 5 times i reported and they always close the case and ask me to reopen a new one. Also, it is pretty slow, and many things fail. Sometimes stop writing, or the format of the stylo automatically change. Honestly, i regret to buy it, as I cannot even send the notes to my email or anywhere, as it is not working and they dont give me a solution. Anyway, clearly not my most brilliant moment of the year when i bought this...
