I was looking for a heavy meat cleaver knife and I am Satisfied with the product. The weight is around 650 gm as mentioned in the description. The handle is long and feels a bit rough although good for a firm grip. Sharpness and cutting ability should be okay! Overall a value for money product (720/-).

Over all knif is good ,strong sharp iron blade. Only one issue is wooden handle of the knife is not well finishing touches.

This is almost similar to the knives used in the local meat shops. Those knives do not have wooden handles, but this one has. The weight is good, not heavy nor light. I am able to chop mutton bones, chicken legs easily and also easily carve the flesh like a pro. Absolutely useful. Caution : This is about safety. Always take the meat holding fingers away when you down this knife to cut the meat. It takes some time to practice the eye-hand coordination movement. Even a bit of miscalculation can chop your fingers. This is not your normal kitchen knife. Once you get used to the heaviness, it becomes easy.
