Great little laptop
Very lightweight and slim. Good specs, touch screen works great and battery lasts a good while. This is perfect for the few hours of work I do from home since I don't need a big screen.

This computer is a BEAST
Super fast. I purchased this for my own software development projects. I'm able to run multiple IDEs, VMs and other apps at the same time with no degrade in performance. You can't beat the price for the amount of hardware you get with this product.

Constant restarting is very frustrating
11/21/25 Update Changed from 4 stars to 1. It’s only been about 6 months that I’ve had this laptop, and the restarting problem got so much worse. Now the screen starts flickering for a few minutes before it shuts itself off, and it’s happening a lot more frequently. I use this as my work computer, so for it to constantly run into problems and restart when I’m in the middle of something is unacceptable. Original Review The computer is fast and, for the most part, works well. I took off a star because it repeatedly restarts itself out of nowhere. I’ll be in the middle of something, and the screen will just go blue saying it ran into a problem and needs to restart. Some days nothing, but most days this happens multiple times. Not sure if this is a Dell problem, or if I just got a faulty laptop, but it can be very frustrating!

Good, but there's a problem.
The computer works well, but there's something wrong with the audio when I play a video, have a video call, or play any audio. There is a strange noise. I'm figuring out how to resolve it. If I can't, I'll return it.

This Dell product offered the best value for price. It has a fast processor, huge amount of space & great screen. The battery life could be better at about 4.5 hours & and backlit feature would have been a feature.
