(Update) I notified the seller of my issue, and they were kind enough to replace the item for me. I gave it some time before fixing my review just to make sure the new item worked correctly. Happy to note this one has had no issues so far. I must have just gotten unlucky with the first one. Good seller support / contact and I appreciate the helpfulness. (Original Post) I initially loved this item. But after about a week and a half it just stopped working. I tried over and over again, trying to charge it and nothing. Not sure if it just won't hold a charge or if something inside it is wrong. Unfortunately, it's unusable like this.

What an amazing product. I have truly enjoyed how easy it is to do your morning and evening teeth cleaning regiment. Love that the area where the two small cups sit are magnetic. So you know they are not gonna get bumped off. Your settings for how much Listerine you would like are 10,20 and 30ml. You just set it to what you would like and if you want to change it to another ml you can. It has a charge light right under the ml’s so when you need to charge it again you can. Under that there is a space you put you cup in so it dispenses what you need. It also is magnetic, so the pressure of the fluid coming out is not gonna knock your cup off. It’s really neat actually. Worth the money. Easy to refill as well. Twist the top from the base fill and twist back on. You will not be disappointed. If when you fill the fluid and it does not want to dispense fluid, it’s not you. The straw is very long and sometimes it sets flat to the bottom of the fluid container. Therefore not allowing for the fluid to flow up. But it’s an easy fix. Be well and hope you get to enjoy one! 🙃

Update: I came back to give a 5-star review, because the customer service was excellent. After I had given my previous review, I was contacted within 24-hours and offered a replacement or refund. I chose the replacement, because this product is that great. In less than 24-hours a new one was at my front door. Thank you Kent for your professionalism and customer satisfaction. My family highly recommends this dispenser. It was great while it was working, but now it won’t disperse anything. I’ve had it a few months and enjoyed it while it lasted. There is no customer service email visible on their page.

If you don't have this buy it now!!! Things I like: * Battery life is insanly long. I literally put it out right out of the box without charging it and I still haven't had to charge it. It's been over a month of two people using it twice a day. * It can be used free standing, but also comes with an easy to install wall mount. The wall mount has a stick on 3m kind of option or screws with anchors. I use it free standing and it has never been knocked over with two klutzy people using it. * Comes with two cups that attach magneticly to the top. Again they have never been knocked off and they're not hard to remove (aka just picks right up and the machine doesn't lift up with the cup even when empty. How they achieved such sorcery is beyond me. * You can choose the amount of mouth wash with the press of a button. This is awesome because if someone likes to use a lot and someone wants a little everyone can be happy. *Easy to fill, but doesn't leak. How you can secure it with a half twist and flip it upside down without a gasket and have no leaks is beyond me. Again probably sorcery. * Dust. Again more sorcery. Tell me how everything else in my bathroom has to be wiped down for dust weekly and this doesn't... WTF how? * Easy to clean. All you need to do is dump it out, fill it with water and then remove the water with the cup. I did this when I refilled it and I didn't think it would get it all but the last cup of water had no mouthwash flavor. I know that doesn't sound like much but mint is a hard flavor to get out so it really is. * No accidental discharges. The dispenser will not trigger without the cup. If you lose things easily this could be an issue but you could always just glue a magnet to a shot glass. It was 32 dollars, so it's on the pricey side for lower income individuals. I only say that because it's a luxury not something someone needs. But if you can afford 32 dollars for a want you should definitely get it. ** Picture is of the device at over a month old.

I mean, who spends $30 on mouthwash except for dental offices? And then my wife showed me how it worked and I confess I was impressed. And I actually enjoyed it. And then it broke. Thankfully we are in our 25th year of marriage, so the errant purchase for the item only caused a little spat and not a full-blown blow up. But what about young married couples? Could they withstand such a difficult situation? And with bad breath?! I mean, the mouthwash is just sitting in the machine and there’s no way of getting it out. I fear for such young couple who received the gift for their wedding and expect the item to work in the morning before special play time. But what a tragedy that the play time is ruined! Hopefully their marriage can sustain like ours, but it really “stinks” for them. Our item worked less than six months. It’s been sitting on our bathroom counter sink for six months not working. It’s like that issue in marriage that if not dealt with will only linger and build up animosity. So frustrating. I’ve spent hours looking up online how to fix this, in addition to how to contact the product support and I’m shocked nothing is out there. I’m thankful the therapy bills were only in years 8-13 of our marriage, but I am trying to redeem the $30 spent on this divisive product. I just looked at some reviews and they said good customer service. Where did they find it? Just by placing reviews complaining like this one? And if there are so many positive reviews about customer service, why are so many of the items breaking? I would love the product but it seems that this product doesn’t work. Or am I mistaken? Something smells fishy … at least that’s what my wife says about my breath.

Great addition to the bathroom, the battery lasts a long time and the dispenser itself is simple to use and reliable. One small recommendation if you're mounting this on a mirror or other smooth surfaces is to use Alien tape or similar adhesive tapes instead of the 3m stickers it comes with as it does not stick to glass well and will fall off.
