Purchased this set after another roller my husband had broke from use. This set seems to be extremely sturdy. My husband and son have been using it daily for stretching, pain relief and muscle relaxation. This was a great value for the product received.

Overall ... a great product. For the most part, I use the foam roller. Most of the time I just stretch on the floor before cycling instead of this.

I have chronic thoracic pain and purchased this after using a friend's roller. I love this, but it's a little too hard and the massage prongs are almost too big and hard until I have to be careful to not apply too much of my body weight pressure. I use mine often and will continue. I still love it and it does help my pain. I advise to purchase a simple yoga mat because the roller material is slick and it doesn't grab if you're just lying on carpet while using. It will slide out from underneath you.
