Been using for a while as my partner forgets to apply it. Works well but you need to be consistent, getting nails taken down to bare minimum in terms of removing as much of the infected nail as possible and treat what is left. Better than the standard version.

It does work but it takes time. I used this for 6 months in 2025 and my toenails definitely cleared and improved. I then tried a different, this time "natural", product for a few weeks and the fungus came back! I have now bought another bottle of Nailner and my toenails are improving again. Beware those cheaper products which have no fungicide component - this does contain an anti-fungus agent but you will need to be patient. I bought my first bottle at a pharmacy but it is less expensive via Amazon.

This product does work. Obviously toenails regrow very slowly so the progress will be over up to 12 months. The photos I’ve enclosed show at the beginning and six weeks later so you can see there is clean growth occurring at the cuticle end of the nail, but this is very important, do not file down the surface of the nail. If you do, as I have done the nail will start to crumble. I’d filed the nails down before I started using this product so for me it was too late and a few nails have crumbled and one nail has been lost completely but it will regrow but the other nails are repairing slowly. I will need to purchase more bottles of this product to keep me going over the next 12 months but so far the results are very promising.

By 'work at it' I mean I have had to dig away under the nail to get the muck out. If you don't then no amount of any liquid treatment will penetrate. You also need to occasionally file the nail down on it's surface otherwise they are far too thick for treatment to work. It will run out so be prepared to invest in several more bottles as time goes by. I have used for 6 months now (several bottles) and about 1/3 of my nail is now clear - they take a lot longer to grow than you imagine. It doesn't turn a yellowing nail back to it's normal colour which is what some buyers evidently believed would happen as if by magic (from their comments) - no treatment will do that. What it does is help keep new nail growth clear of infection, but like I say the evidence i've seen is that you will have to keep on and on and on applying this until you cut off the very last infected piece of nail and probably then some more. Other points to note is that if you use every day twice a day as I do, you need to take a day or two break after a week or so because the toe becomes sore. I have used Nailner a few years ago and stopped when I thought it had cleared but it came back very quickly, hence trying again. I'm sure there are other remedies that work just as well, I haven't tried many. I did try apple cider vinegar though and I have to say it does start to change things for the good but just can't complete the job so i'm sticking with this, at least until I've proven that it will finally work (or it fails).

I couldn't believe how quickly the item arrived and much cheaper than the local chemist for the same product. It is easy to use. I still have nail fungus but it looks like it is improving.

I have been using it for months and the infection that was quite small to begin with now spread across my entire nail, it didn’t work for me. I have to look for something that actually does the job.
