We want to return the laptop
The laptop is not charging. Please provide the customer care number And the customer complaint's sticker with the number given on the box has been torn off. So we want to return it. When I bought the laptop, when I checked it, there was an option to return it within 7 days, but now when it comes to returning it, that option is not there. And we have to return the laptop. Even after charging it for 4 hours, it still didn't charge.
