Adult unisex leakproof diaper covers
These diaper covers in adult sizes are meant to be worn over materials used to produce adult diapers either cloth or plastic backed diapers. The soft exterior cloth is cooling and the interior adhered waterproof material are truly comfortable and waterproof. These are diaper covers and are meant to be worn over adult diapers as they are covers and not diapers. Sizes run larger so you might want to order a size down. Material is very quiet under regular clothing so don’t worry about noisy diaper covers when away and outside of your home.

Runs very large
That this item runs extremely large. A XXL fit like a XXXXL

Sizing off
HUGE! The legs are tight and the waist is huge. Not proportionate at all. She wears an xl which is what I bought. They look like they would fit a sumo wrestler. Huge in the hips. They did not keep her dry even though the legs were very small. I would not recommend these. So I then sized down and they seem to be a perfect size large but too small for an xl person. She's 160lbs and 5'1". I would strongly recommend not buying these.

The most exquisite diaper cover ever
This product feels extremely light. They are sheer; by that I mean not heavy like DMI products rather they're lightweight but waterproof. I would not hesitate to purchase this product again.

Run huge!
These seem a good deal for the money, but they are gigantic. Order at least a size down I think.

Personal hygiene product
I purchased these to wear over incontinence products. They are not true to size. The leg openings are very tight and the body of the garment is huge. This means that it isn't a product that hides easily under clothing. They are well constructed. They are waterproof. It might work well for someone else. They do not work well for me.

Very soft material. It holds back moisture yet it feels comfortable when wearing. So far a great product. Sizing runs large. Go down a size or two for best fit.
