In airplane is it better to put medication and wallet both in refrigerator or wallet In freezer and medication in lower compartment

Hi Fatima - thanks for your question. If while on the airplane you are able to put your wallet (with medication) in a refrigerator, this will prolong the cooling time (ie thawing meat in the fridge takes longer than if it's on the counter, same concept). If the airplane has a freezer and they allow it, you can put your wallet (without medication) in the freezer and your medication in the refrigerator (until close to landing when you put your medication back in your wallet that should now frozen or close to it). I'm flying to Europe in a few weeks with a total of roughly 17 hours of travel time. Will this case be sufficient for this amount of travel time?

I believe you will be fine. My daughter traveled to Guatemala. Roughly 18 hours, with lots of layover time. After reaching Guatemala, they had a 2 hour wait for a 2 hour bus ride. They just put ice in zip lock bags and packed around the coolers. Her insulin was not compromised at all.

Is this product tsa compliant? i know that the tsa will not "approve" any product, but i see "tsa compliant" on many travel products.
