So I would give these a 5 star but the small angle one was just way to wide, no flexibility. Which is super unfortunate because that's the one I was most excited for. But the length on the other two are great, they feel very sturdy, the indent in the handle doesnt make it 100% comfy to hold but they are good for their price.

Never had them before. Now that I have them, they make food prep easier.

I have been an avid home baker for years and have never used an off set spatula. I was glad to find these, as the handle color matches my Rachel Ray silicone spoonulas and spatulas. I recently made a sheet cake and used the small off set spatula to spread the semi-melted chocolate frosting with ease. The spatula cleaned up beautifully in the dish washer, but of course it was licked clean by my son first. :) I'm glad the set came as described, with three sizes of off set spatulas. I'm excited to use them again the next time I need to decorate a cake.

My last pallete knife broke after a year, these look a lot stronger. They should last me for years

These are a must have for anyone doing cake decorating. To get those nice smooth surfaces on the tops of a cake, these spatulas are amazing. I usually make a vanilla buttercream icing and spread it on with these and a scraper for the sides on the cake. Then I pop it into the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up and spread a final icing layer using these to smooth things out or I put a fondant layer on. Either way... The first buttercream layer binds all of the layers of a cake together and locks up all of the crumbs so when you do your final decoration layer, you don't have to worry about cake bits getting all over. These spatulas have made such a difference to the smooth edges of my cakes... OH! and they are super awesome for picking up icing flowers and other decorations you make from piping or fondant. They slide so easy underneath them and scoop em right up! You get a really nice selection too. The different sizes do come in handy also when you are using multiple colours it is nice having some extra clean ones.
