Fairly cheap. Reliable. Plug and play for both my windows and Linux mint computers. It's fast and low latency for Bluetooth at least. Worked on everything I've plugged it into so far. And it has worked flawlessly.

I have an older laptop that did not include Bluetooth but otherwise is 16G with GPU + integrated graphics, etc. So was a little surprised when I realized, but this device has so far worked pretty much without issue. Seems to have a slightly better range than my previous setup (I had to swap out a newer laptop with an older one due to failure).

I've bought two different Bluetooth Xbox USB dongles and both had the same issue. They disconnected constantly. I bought this because I know UGREEN makes pretty good stuff and it holds true. I have a older gaming PC and the Bluetooth stop working on it this was a great addition at a low cost and it does a wonderful job haven't had any issues with it.

there is a well known issue of cracking audio on Windows 11 laptop to Bluetooth headphones, my Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless Headphones worked perfectly with my Android phone but when connected to laptop via Bluetooth I got very loud cracking interruptions to both mp3 running locally & streaming YouTube videos every few minutes. Connected this dongle and have not had any audio issues whatsoever since !
