Great for craft value for money

This material is most certainly not balsa wood it’s some sort of composite material but I very much doubt that there is any balsa in this. Surprisingly (wishing I’d looked at reviews before purchase) many customers have reviewed stating that it’s not Balsa wood, yet it continues to be sold as balsa, which is both deceitful and mercenary on the sellers part. Do not purchase this item if you are seeking genuine balsa wood for modelling.

I purchased this and another listing as it claimed to be balsa wood, when I received this, you can clearly see that this is basswood. I tested a small sheet of this in the machine and it does not cut. If you are looking for balsa wood to use with you silhouette or Cricut, this is not it.

Perfect for making mini furniture

People are complaining about it not being balsawood which is ridiculous because if they read the description it clearly says that its basswood and never mentioned balsawood so learn to read before leaving negative comments
