Mixes easily with water, and I haven't experienced any clumping issues. The tingling sensation kicks in about 15 minutes after taking it, which I actually enjoy—it lets me know it's working. I've tried other C4 pre workout supplements. This one is the first time I try it. It's good but I think it's better for women (no offense) or begginers as it is not that strong, first day I tried it I didn't feel anything, no tingling sensation, no rush, no energy boost. Second day I tried it I felt little tingle but not too strong and lasted for a few minutes. The label suggest taking one serving after workout and a second one before once you reach tolerance. I have only taken one serving but next week I'll try taking two. The taste is not the best but it's not bad. I can dissolve east. In general is a good product.

I *love* the canned C4 products, specifically the energy buzz I get and the beta-alanine tingle (some love it, others hate it). As such, I thought I'd try the C4 pre-workout as I am working towards my first cycling road ride in the spring and typically do training in a fasted state in the mornings. I wanted something easier on my stomach than my preference of black coffee, and yet would give me the energy and circulation I need to get through anywhere from 15 minute HIIT sessions to 1.5hr+ Zone 2 rides. First, I love the flavor of the Artic Snow Cone. It's discernable and flavorful, without being so over-the-top as to make your mouth pucker as you gulp it down. I typically add a scoop to a 20oz bike water bottle, and will drink it throughout my longer workouts or chug a smaller 10oz serving before a shorter HIIT session. I personally find this to be a slow, clean, sustained energy buzz. I am NOT stimulant sensitive so YMMV, but I never notice this "kick in" but instead have a steady build of energy that keeps me alert and engaged in my workouts. Also, for *me* the beloved beta-alanine tingle is NOT very noticeable with this product, unless I up the dosage to 2 scoops. If I could change one thing about this, it would be to up the beta-alanine dosing and get that tingle back... All in all, this seems like a good "everyday" pre-workout. I may try a more highly dosed version on my next purchase and compare, but I feel like - when you can catch this on major sale as I did - it's worth the cost.

I've cut down my caffeine intake quite alot, so I've been on C4 Sport for several months now. I like to leave reviews when I'm "wow'd" by a product or customer service, this time is was customer service. I had one come in where the powder was clumpy (usually not an issue, you can just shake it up) but the flavor was terrible, im assuming due to the moisture/clumping. After a quick contact with customer service and providing the order information, took them less than a few hours to get everything fixed and replaced. Super impressed with the speed and quality of the service to say the least.

Still my go-to. I've been using various pre-workouts for many years - from NO-Xplode to this, to Legion, Jack3d, Gorilla something, etc, etc. Ultimately, since most of them contain more or less the same active ingredients, it typically comes down more to which one tastes good (or that you can stomach). In particular C4 Ripped + Arctic Snow Cone is the one I keep circling back to. Only downside is the servings/price, but they're all like that these days...

Does not give me the itchy feeling and shakes like other pre workouts do. I like both flavors too. Seems to really help you focus and stay motivated.

I always like to try different pre workouts but keep coming back to this as my staple. The taste is great, it fits within my budget, and I don't get overly shaky when I get to the gym. I tend or workout in the evenings so the caffeine helps me focus but does not keep me up all night. That said, my last order arrived clumpy. Not sure what's happening with the quality of the stock shipped by Amazon but I can't do a return. I emailed the company and will update my review based on the return/replacement process.

This stuff is great but I bought this last year in October and I am just realizing this was expired since last year of August! It always upset my stomach and this was probably the reason. Other than that I’ve used this product before and it always gave excellent results. Will buy again but will be checking for expiration date next time.
