Love this stuff!! I originally got this because i wanted extra hydration minus the excessive sodium that most electrolyte packets have. I put a scoop in my yeti water cup for the day and sometimes a pinch of celtic sea salt and i’m set for the day! I feel definitely more hydrated throughout the day. I workout very often & this is great for post workout! The tiny scoop is actually packed with flavor too and this has helped my boyfriend up his water intake as well. Amazing value for the money with such a great amount it comes with. Will be a repeat buyer for sure!

Really easy to mix in water, especially if you have a milk frother. It tastes super good, like blue raspberry candy. I use one scoop in my 32oz water bottle twice a day and the tub lasts me way longer than other electrolyte powders while keeping my hydrated. I also love that is has clean ingredients and no artificial dyes.

Love the flavor and that I can control the amount. Electrolytes are so expensive, but I find this to be a clean product that tastes good and is priced reasonably.

This tastes good and it contains magnesium and potassium which I believe helps me with constipation and staying hydrated. The price and taste is so much better than the popular name brand.

It has a good flavor but some of the mix doesn’t fully dissolve even after shaking it many times can be a little grainy when you get down to the bottom of your drink. But as far as electrolytes goes it worked great.

It might take time to get used to the sweetness, but I feel that it does the job. Great for long walks on the treadmill
