Great combo for mood, energy, immune support and more
I believe in the benefits of Ashwagandha and Turmeric and this particular combo has Sea Moss, Black Seed Oil and more (black pepper, bladderwrack, dandelion, burdock, manuka honey, & ACV) for added benefits. I definitely notice my energy level being calm and steady when I take these regularly. This blend is good for mood, energy, cell support, and immune system - great combo! And I love that they are gummies,....just so easy to take. Oh, and they taste good. :-)

Easy to mix and hide the taste when in a smoothie. Can feel the difference in my Hair and skin

Benefits out weigh the flavor
I was using these but switched to a different capsule due to the taste. But noticed the difference in the effectiveness between the two. So I am back to buy a 2 pack. The benefits outweigh the short lived bad taste in my mouth.

This is my first time purchasing these vitamins; however, I heard a lot about the benefits of taking Sea Moss. I take them every day and all I can say is that when I had a cold, I never felt really bad and even though I had body ached my recovery time was short. Great taste and value pack is worth the money .
