This is a great product. I've been using the original that was updated with this for over 10 years. This one is the same product just in a different packaging. Still good, I hope they don't change it.

I have never been able to wear eye shadow especially the glitter ones as the bits fall into my eye and irritates them. Someone suggested using a base first, so I bought this. It doesn’t feel sticky and is very easy to apply and great value for money. It makes my eye shadow last a whole day at work and even with makeup remover at the end of the day it’s hard to shift. Very impressed I’ve bought another for my daughter!!

A bit runny compared to my Avon Mark one that was discontinued. It seems to do the job well, but only tried once.

Finally, a primer that doesn’t allow my eyeshadow to crease or smudge everywhere. It can hold pencil eyeliner, too. Although a soft pencil liner is harder to hold. It dries quickly but doesn’t dry out the skin. No weird smell. Keeps everything in place. Elf is amazing because it’s pretty much the only brand I can use without a reaction.

This is lovely and the brand that I will always go to now. It is colourless but makes your eyeshadow a little brighter and much longer lasting. It dries quickly. It's better than the best brands that I have paid a lot for previously.

Don’t put onto much or it will show.

This is the second eyeshadow primer I have used from Elf and it works amazing. No creases and goes on smooth.

Ho voluto provare questo primer, essendo in offerta, 'tradendo' il mio abituale. Sono contenta di averlo fatto perché è migliore! Leggero, quasi impalpabile e ne basta davvero poco. Io per abitudine do una spolverata sulla palpebra con la cipria dopo l'applicazione e procedo con il make-up. Tenuta eccezionale e non si formano le classiche righe per accumulo dell'ombretto. Lo ricomprerò!

It works! Apply to eyelid, wait a few mins and then apply loose powder. I tried with eye liner and the eyeliner stays intact and does not transfer to eye lid. Also works with eye shadow. The eye shadow stays strong in colour and doesn't transfer to eyelid. I applied the product and powder over and above the eyelid. Great product for the price.
