When I first received this product I had an issue with the light not turning back on (after having it on for the first day) and I instantly messaged the company. They were great at responding within the day and gave me a solution that worked! I ended up using a different USB adapter I had around and they were able to compensate for me getting a new one! I have had the light for 2 months now and it works great! The dimming mode is really helpful along with the different light spectrum (red, blue, and a mix of both red and blue). Also, I find the timer very helpful (although it is unfortunate you have to always manually reset it everyday, only a minor set back though). Other than that one small thing, for the price of the product, it's great! Would recommend and buy again!

UPDATE...This seller was very quick to contact me and, they quickly sent me out a replacement product. The new USB wall block is bigger and works perfectly and the cords are overall a little more substantial with no shorts. Everything is working perfectly; my plants love these lights! ORIGINAL REVIEW....The USB power cube didn't work right from taking it out of the box. I had to use a similar one that I already had. When it works, the lights are powerful and my plants definitely are more vibrant, but it will often flicker and turn off like there's a short somewhere, then not turn back on right away. I had high hopes, but I'll be returning this.

UPDATE: The seller reached out to me to send me a new light which works well, even with the provided usb adapter. The old light works only when I plug the usb into my own wall adapter, which tells me that some of the wall adapters are faulty. Regardless, the light works as advertised and seems to be doing a good job reviving my succulents so I am happy with the product. OLD REVIEW: Like the other 1 star reviews, I received a broken light. It turns off immediately after switching it on and won't stay on. Will update this review if they sort out this faulty light switch problem.

The lights are well packaged and arrived safely. However when I tried to turn them on they immediately shut off. Both sets of lights ( I bought 2) acted in the same fashion. I thought the timer may have been engaged somehow so tried to fiddle with those buttons, no luck. I tried leaving them plugged in but still no dice. As a last resort I plugged the usb connections directly into my wall socket USB ports without using the supplied brick. Both sets of lights work flawlessly. I tried using another usb converter brick I had from a battery backup not used anymore and the lights again functioned as advertised. I can dim, change red to blue and the combination. It is the poorly constructed supplied usb converters that are “bricked”. I tried the supplied usb converters again in different receptacles and again the lamp turned on and instantly turned off. Because the lamps are working with my own usb converters I am keeping them because the clip is sturdy and strong and fits comfortably where I am planning on using the lamps. The gooseneck holders are strong and hold their shape so I can direct the light where needed accurately. I am a little wary of the electrical because of the issue with the two usb converters. I will update my review if the bulbs fail. So if others find the same issue - when turned on the lamps immediately turn off - pull the usb converter box off and used one you already have. The lamps should work fine. Update: I have raised my rating from 3 to 4 stars because of excellent customer service. I received a message from the rep, Diana. She apologized for the usb converter issue, gave me a partial refund and assured me if there were future issues with the lamps themselves to contact them to resolve any problems. I also learned that my own, recommissioned, usb converters are safe to use. Thank you Diana.

I purchased this item to grow some indoor plants. The light itself is very good. Bright but not hot. A soft blue or purplish red. The dual heads are adjustable and that's good to direct light in different places. I clipped mine to the table which was very convenient. Mine came and i had an issue with the timer. When i set it to 12 and turn it off, it would not allow me to press the button and turn it back on, and it did not turn back on after 12 hrs elapsed. Perhaps internal issues with the timer need readjusting. Overall its a good light but iffy timer.
