I swear by this stuff. I was pregnant in 2012 and I am currently pregnant again (2016). I started using this lotion 2 times per day before getting pregnant and throughout my entire pregnancy both times. I do not have any stretch marks on the areas I applied it (belly, lower back, and butt). I do have stretch marks on my breasts (where I did NOT put it last time). I know that some people are more prone to stretch marks than others but... The key is:1) Drinks lots of water and stay hydrated to allow your skin to be flexible.2) Start using this lotion BEFORE you are pregnant so that your skin has plenty of elasticity.3) Use it religiously. I do it twice a day and after showering and swimming as well.Good Luck!

I started using this the day I found out I was pregnant, and applied it once or twice a day without fail. I loved the soft scent, and it truly worked - I developed no stretch marks. I used it on my belly, lower back, chest, buttocks, and thighs after fellow females warned me of all the places stretch marks can pop up during pregnancy. Even with such wide and frequent use, the bottle lasted for a long time. My only warning is to avoid using it immediately after a hot shower during the hot summer, it was probably just hormones, but sometimes I felt like it was a heat insulator on my skin. I liked this version a lot better than the regular cocoa butter products, it felt less greasy and spread over skin more easily.

I used this product through all of my pregnancy. I have started immediately when I found out that I'm pregnant and until the delivery. I applied it at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I also took it with me to work and applied it sometimes in the middle of the day when my belly was etching. I applied it on my belly and hips and the result is that I have no stretch marks at all. I can't be 100% sure that this product is the reason for not having stretch marks but I was sure that I will have some because my mom has them and I had some from before.

I am 100% believer that this stuff prevent stretch marks! After finding out I was pregnant at 10 weeks, I use this stuff religiously morning and evening rubbing on my belly and sides. I got pretty big never got stretch marks. I would put it on my breasts once in a while but I wish I was as religious using it on my breasts, because I did get a couple stretch marks on them. But they're very small and not super noticeable. I would recommend the stuff to anybody, you just have to play it regularly.

Not even kidding, I had minor stretch marks from my pregnancy that are now COMPLETELY GONE. I can even use this product on the dry zones on my face after a shower without making my acne worse, in fact I think it even makes more poors look better and improved my overall skin tone!! Never had a product work like this and I continue to buy it even though my youngest is now 2yrs old!!! This particular bottle, I’ve tried some other palmers products but nothing set quite as well on my skin as this!

Smells really nice I've been using it throughout my entire pregnancy, I'm determined to not have stretch marks. Ive been using it since week 5 and now getting into my 17th week. I will keep you posted towards the end of my pregnancy and see how were doing. I also combined in Vitamin E Oil while i use the lotion. I switch off days and use Coconut Oil (the kind you can cook with) its oily but i just put on an old tshirt and go to sleep and my tummy is nice and soft in the morning. Good luck moms!

I've been a loyal customer for years and would buy the product in bulk (6-packs at a time). The new formula seems WATERED DOWN and SMELLS AWEFL. I'm returning the most recent batch (new formula) and will not buy again until the old formula is restored. I hope the company reconsiders and brings back the beloved old formula. Until then, I'm searching for replacement product. :(

THIS ACTUALLY DOES WORK, even if you're lazy like me and only use it once every few days compared to the back of the bottle recommending multiple uses in one day. It's incredible. I only took away two stars because: I really hate the scent and it's a little too thick/takes a while to absorb into my skin so I can't let my legs touch the couch or bed or pants for a while... The scent is extremely strong in my opinion. It's a chocolate-y, extremely "sickly sweet" smell that makes me a little nauseous. Because the lotion is so thick and creamy, it's a little frustrating to not get it on surfaces...
