This is the best protein powder hands down! The vanilla is delicious. The fudge brownie is also good, but the vanilla is truly delicious - and I don’t usually like vanilla.

I love this protein powder. It mixes very well with water. I also added it to my milk shake and energy balls and it easily got mixed with the other ingredients. The only problem for me is that I am a person who doesn't eat sugar in her diet so this power is too sweet for me so I have to just mix a little bit of it with lots of water. Other than that it's so easy on my gut and I am happy about it.

MRE lite is by far my favrotite protein. This protein powder is incredibly versatile and can be incorporated into a wide range of recipes. Whether blended into smoothies, mixed into oatmeal or yogurt, or used in baking, it adds a nutritional boost without compromising taste or texture. I particularly enjoy using it in homemade protein bars and energy balls for a satisfying and nutritious snack. It is light weight, not chalky or clumpy.

I’ve gotten this flavour multiple times and have never had an issue. Recently got a new container and it tastes absolutely rancid. Tried to reach out to REDCON1 customer support and they wouldn’t help. Quite disappointed.
