I love this protein. I've bought the vanilla previously and have recently tried the salted caramel, I love both flavours. I moved onto a cheaper protein powder with a higher protein content but as a 46yo female going through the perimenopause I underestimated how much this protein was helping me! It's definitely worth the price point for helping with perimenopause symptoms; reduced hot flushes, mood stability, improvements in my skin.

There is nothing wrong with it. Im totally in. Every morning i make my coffee, add scoop of this protein (and scoop of collagen) and off I go. Love the taste, how easy is dissolving love the idea of making it with coffee. And the ingredients? Perfect! Its a very good quality protein designed specifically for women.

Delicious flavour! Worth the cost

Couldn't finish my 30g serving mixed in with my coffee. Very salty unfortunately, hurts my teeth and upsets my stomach. 1480mg of salt per 30g serving. That's only 20g off my lower end of a healthy daily sodium intake. Was looking forward to trying this as it looked very promising. Unfortunately I had to just take the loss on this and binned it. Can't understand why it would be so unbelievably salty. Not IBS friendly. Throughout the day I had 5! Very loose stools after only having half of my coffee with this brand of protein powder. Was still very bloated the next day from the sodium in this. Please learn from my mistake, do not get this flavour/brand. Will now be going back to my usual brand.

Love it. Tastes so good. Have to mix it really well as it does go lumpy. I love iced caramel coffee and this tastes very much like it.

This shake was far too sweet tasting & sickly even for me & I have a sweet tooth!

So much better than an alternative (cheaper) one I bought on here! Doesn't upset my stomach at all & actually gives me an energy boost (I have a 2yo so very often tired). No bloating & even better it's not chalky like others. I mix it with high protein chocolate alpro & its lush! Like a milkshake. Going to stick with it for sure.

The salted caramel flavour really does exceed expectations, it’s not just another protein shake, the fact that it’s designed for women is incredible considering how much we have to go through with our bodies compared to men, so it really is incredible that now we have this incredibly tasting beneficial shake that tastes amazing and is so good for us, the list of benefits seem endless and I cannot see my life without this. It’s got everything from boosting your protein goals to the vitamins we need as women to improve our bodies where needed. 10/10 highly recommend 🩷
