My dogs really love this, but with 6 dogs it is WAY too expensive. We use this for training or special treats since they really love these. It is great quality, and it doesn't smell bad like a lot of dog food. The only issue I have is that the bag doesn't seal very well. Otherwise if you can afford it, it is definitely one of the best!

I've been a loyal customer, regularly purchasing Henlo dog food for my pup on Amazon for the last 1.5 years. I've consistently recommended it to fellow pet parents because the food is specially curated for those who want to give their dogs good-quality produce. Up until now, I truly believed in the product. I usually buy the 5.6 kg option, which comes as two separate 2.8 kg packets. The Fungus Discovery: I received my last order on August 6, 2025. When I opened the first packet, the food was good and smelled fresh, as usual. Today, September 28, 2025, I opened the second packet—because who in the right mind would open both packets at once and expose the entire lot to air? Apparently, Amazon expects us to—and I was shocked to find the entire contents of the food covered in fungus. This has never happened before. Amazon's Disregard for Pet Safety: My shock turned to utter disappointment when I got on the call with Amazon customer support today. I was told I should have opened both packets when the order arrived rather than storing the second one based on my dog's feeding needs. I repeatedly stated that I didn't need a refund or a replacement; I was met with them harping on the fact that a refund and replacement weren't possible. When I asked them to connect me with the brand or the seller to report the major quality issue, I was told that wasn't possible either. I then asked them to raise a flag and mark it as important, as there would be other people who bought the same batch and were keeping the second packet for later use. I was simply met with, "I can't do that." I pointed out the serious concern: dogs could be eating this food from this batch (especially those whose pet parents haven't bought it before) and could fall seriously ill. Apparently, this is not Amazon's concern. They simply told me to buy the food again and hope it wasn't spoiled, and if it was, then they would refund the amount. Crucially, there is no clarity on when the next, non-contaminated batch would come in, so I have no guarantee I wouldn't receive food with pests again, because clearly, that's not their problem. A Call for a Product Recall It's clear there's an entire batch of Henlo dog food that has been compromised with pest infestation and fungus, and it needs to be recalled immediately. I've tried to connect with the Henlo brand, but so far, to no avail. This is not what I expected from either Amazon or Henlo. Pet parents, please beware and be extra careful of what you're feeding your pups right now. Check the food thoroughly!

The food is just awesome my indie dog loved it. I ordered this first time and I ordered 2 packs one is this sample pack and other one is chicken and liver baked one Both are good in smell and size the hardness is good as its easy for them to chew and color texture is just as dog cannot resist overall value for money product.

The product is good, and is less smelly than normal dog foods. My dog didn't like it, but started eating little-little.
