The order didn't arrive that quickly but it did arrive in no time. Once I opened the box I was beyond impressed with the hat. It was exactly what I ordered down to a "T"! I purchased this as a birthday gift for my daughter’s dad. He really liked it. Shipping was fast and it came over a week earlier which was great. The embroidery on it is pretty good, the back is a little imperfect but as someone that embroiders, I know that can be challenging and, it’s a custom product so I definitely can’t complain about the quality at all! Happy with my purchase :)
