The erasure did a good job on the biggest smudges. The cleaner did a nice job of cleaning and revitalizing. The included brush gave a even texture to the suede. Did not try the Protectant yet. Great complete set.

I used this product to clean an older pair of Ugg suede slippers; it cleaned them up very well. It removed a stain on the top of the right slipper. I had bought two pair of new Ugg Tasman II slippers, which I wanted to protect. I bought this set and it worked beautifully. Sorry that I have no photos to attach. I do recommend this product which Ugg recommended for this purpose.

I had low expectations and while I believe this product probably works fine for colored suede that hides dirt, it did very little for the off-white suede I used it on. There was minimal improvement with cleaning. Great customer service and satisfaction guaranteed regarding my issue.

unfortunately i got my uggs wet due to melted snow puddles in january, resulting in weeks of marinated debris. today, i finally purchased the care kit + it came in the same day (prime) and cleaned them. i watched their “how to clean & protect UGG boots” 8 min youtube video on their page, and the tutorial helped me throughout the process. my suede on the heel still looks great and soft suede. patience is key for DIY ease of cleaning!! i haven’t added suede protector yet b/c it needs to dry. nevertheless, it’s SO worth it and i really wished i purchased this sooner.

Works great on suede! I spilled a pan of grease and it splattered all over my brand new suede Birkenstocks. I tried cleaning them with several different cleaners and soaps but they still looked terrible. I purchased this kit and I’m so happy I did! Honestly, I didn’t think it would work so I didn’t take a before picture, but you can see in the after picture, the splatter is gone. The suede is slightly darker than before but is soft and looks so much better than it did.

I directions should be clearly written instead of having to scan a QR code to find out how to use the cleaners
