The bag were rolled up. Not stuck together. It came with a bamboo tung which made it cute. I do use two tea bags. I like my tea potent. I can't wait to feel the benefits of this tea

Plastic!
I was very disappointed about the thick plastic tea bags. I’ve never seen that particular kind of bag before, It doesn’t look that way or say that, on the images here. I have to cut the bags open and strain the tea, which is very ‘fine’ & is a pain but doable. So far the tea seems good overall. I will purchase from a different company next time.
