Worked excellent on my menopausal acne! I thought I was doomed forever to use a harsh steroidal creme for my face acne that came on a couple months after my last meneses. Deep, red, horrid cystic acne that had no white head, just water. Washing was not the issue. It was hormonal. I wager to say, it would work fabulously on any hormonal acne. 2-3 cups a day. Save yourself and brew two bags in 4 cups and pour throughout the day. Its exactly refreshing drank like a sweet iced tea. Oh, Ive also noticed that little peach fuzz I had acquired, went away! I guess its called histrium? Anyway, no more soft little white mustache hairs for me!

Love this tea, great for menstrual cycle. I track my ovulation and while I was taking it my period always came on time. I LOVE the taste of spearmint so I drank it 2x daily. Not sure if this is what got me preggo, but I was taking this and tried to prevent pregnancy with a plan B pill and it didn’t work. So idk if this had anything to do with it. P.S. I started taking it to help control my cystic back acne and I do think it helped, along with salicylic acne spray and some benzoyl peroxide cream.

Love the tea, don’t like how it’s shipped. The box is always smushed. It’s not protected at all. Luckily it doesn’t affect the product.
