If you want this product, learn Chinese. You'd figure if they were selling their product in America they would write a set of instructions that is in English. some of the instructions are VERY poorly translated but for the most part, labels and listings in the instructions are in Chinese. Only thing besides the poor instructions I don't like is that the "feed FWD" button points towards the back of the machine and the "feed back" button points towards the front of the machine. the movement the buttons cause are backwards from the direction they are pointing and are counter intuitive.

Item arrived and was easy enough to put together, just the input roller assy and exit tray. Upon turning on there was an error #1, but no explanation in the manual or a Google search. Checked all plugs on the control board and found 1 was loose (this was probably from shipping). After this it powered on. The manual is basically just transcribing Chinese to English, but since the unit is in English this isn't needed. Figuring out how to set it up took a few minutes of trial and error, yet was not very difficult. After about 10mins I was up and cutting hundreds of little 5" wires stripped on both ends. This unit will cut and strip 1 or both ends. It will cut and slightly move the waste while leaving it if you want. If the manual covered actual setup and use this would be a 5 review.

Works great, YouTube video on set up very helpful. Has English control panel overlay. Very pleased.

The machine was well made however no instructions were included. Went through amazon to contact seller and get a set of instructions. It took a several weeks with 4 inquires to get an answer and a set of instructions. It was a mess of English and Chinese. It made no sense. I figured if i could get directions for 1 set up, I could figure out the rest. In the 4 days it took to get a reply, I found a set of instruction in English from another brand close enough to this one. I was able to figure out the setup process finally. We still had a problem. One set of the feed wheels were not turning. Upon inspecting inside the machine, we found that a plug was not plugged in. Only one place for it so we tried it. The machine now works. It is a good machine and works great once you figure it out. Their instructions and customer support do need some work.

Machine was freigth damage and inoperatble when it arrived. Programming screens are in Chinese.

Nice tool only thing I would like to see a parts list of spare blades and threading collets.
