I have been disappointed with most of the kitchen cutting gadgets I have tried, but this one is a big exception. It is made from sturdy plastic and it feels solid when it is set up. The cutting blade is all but hidden, making an accidental cut very unlikely. It operates smoothly and effortlessly. There is a dial to set the thickness of the slices, so there's no need to change parts. It cleans easily and folds flat for easy storage. I've only had it for a short time, but so far I have found nothing negative. I would buy this again.

I love this thing! I ordered this just in time to make scalloped potatoes for Easter dinner, and I was so glad I did! Last year I hand sliced potatoes, and it was time consuming and my potatoes slices were all different thicknesses. This year - I sliced 3 pounds of potatoes in just 10-15 minutes, and the uniform slices made for a great batch of scalloped potatoes. I have also tried using this on carrots and cucumbers ... great for both ... I will be keeping this handy in my kitchen! Simple, easy to fold up and store, and not bad to clear (so far).

This works great and saves your fingers. It is easy to set up and use, has multiple thickness setting and is sturdy. It is also easy enough to clean. My only complaint is that I often have to cut veggies in half because the "chute" is too small to take, for instance, a full onion or a big potato. For many recipes i cook, i need full onion slices so I have to drag out the scary, finger-torturing mandoline rather than using this much safer one. If I do use this mandoline, when cut, the onions move around more in the chute resulting in slices cut not at the angle I intended.

Best mandolin slicer I’ve ever had. It’s really easy to use and it stick good to my counter. It’s safe and the blades are very sharp. Test the thickness one one slice before going to town on chopping. I regretted the thickness of my cucumber but the motion is so smooth that I kept going without checking. It seems like a really great value Vs others I have tried as its design is very ergonomic and no really huge risk of slicing my finer when using the mechanisms included. The only downside side for me was cleaning as that when safety becomes tricky and it’s a bit difficult to get into the blades and the crevices.

Excellent product. Well designed and easy to use. Sliced potatoes uniformly and my gratin potatoes came out great!

Folds up and fits in a drawer nicely for storage. There are little suctions on the bottom of the legs so it can grab the counter and it stays perfectly in place. The small plastic tray the potatoes fall in holds two maybe three potatoes. But you're cutting so fast it doesn't really matter. Super easy to use the pump to cut requires very little pressure. I cut ten potatoes up in less than a few minutes and no need for bandaids! 10/10

I wanted something SAFE to cut potato scallops. This is brilliant. I love that I can adjust the thickness. I spent ages searching. It can be confusing. But worth it as I found the perfect gadget for the job. I put mine in a spare washing-up bowl to catch the xcallops. Also good position to press down from. Despite off-putting price, I thoroughly recommend.

Jag tyckte jag läste specifikationerna väl, men när jag nu fått den inser jag att det är ett litet inmatningshål (diametern). En normalstor lök går inte in på "bredden". Så vill man ha lökringar får man köpa små lökar. Har inte provat med potatis, men utgår från att det inte går med lite större potatis. I övrigt en säker produkt som är stabil och lätt att diska.
