Had a bad rosacea flare up after a few clear years and this worked really well within a week. Totally calmed it down and faded really well.

This item feels so luxurious and soft on the skin. I’ve experienced zero reaction, it’s calming, effective and I’m just truly obsessed with how this makes my skin feel. No stickiness and incredibly lightweight. It dries quickly - apply moisturiser to lock everything in after use!

I had a red, sore extremely dry patch form out of nowhere on my face and stayed for over a year. Doctors tried many steroid creams, even took a biopsy. Nothing worked and it came back as skin inflammation and then told me theres nothing they can do and just hope it goes on its own. I ended up googling and Azelaic acid was recommended and this works! The patch is not dry or flaking anymore, the reddness is very faint and i now feel like myself again. Been using it for nearly a year now but i saw results within just days. Its smooth, absorbs well, doesnt leave a sticky residue. Its a miracle in a bottle!

I bought this serum as it seemed to have so many excellent reviews and is supposed to help with rosacea, which I suffer from. The serum is a lovely, smooth, thick serum that glides onto your skin. I found the next day that my rosacea was a lot calmer. For application, I put my peptide serum on first and then put this on (two drops for face and two drops for neck). It absorbs very quickly, with no greasy or slimy feel on the face or neck. I think I have finally found my BAHA elixir!

I wouldn't pay much attention to the negative reviews, they don't understand Rosacea and how it occurs. Firstly this oil does leave residue simply because Azelaic Acid is a powder and after it dries you will need to apply your normal moisturizer. Some reviewers say that their condition gets worse, this is a clear indication it is working because Azelaic Acid kills Demodex mites one of the causes of Rosecea and when they die they decompose to fluid and release toxins causing the redness. The oil absorbs quickly and it may sting after application for a while, this is normal on all skin types and subsides after 30 minutes or so. I use it everyday now after two months of using Azelaic 15% prescription cream which worked really well and now on a lower does of this. Azelaic acid is safe and results are visible within a couple of weeks.

Lightweight, gentle, and effective. It reduced my dark spots and redness while keeping my skin smooth and even. Perfect for daily use.

I don’t know yet if this has eased my facial redness as I’m using other products in conjunction, but I’ve had no reaction to it. And that’s a good sign. And it was recommended. I think the redness has dissipated when I overheat, so something’s doing its job!

I have been using this product twice day (Morning and Night) for over a month. Here is a detailed review for those who are interested! ---------------------------- Performance- 1000000/10!!! - This product is absolutely amazing, especially for my Rosacea. It is incredibly hydrating and leaves a glowing shine behind on my skin. The redness has greatly reduced on my skin and altogether feels healthier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ROSACEA SUFFERERS! - I will note that this product is incredible hydrating for the skin. If you suffer with more dry skin, then this product is sure to help hydrate! If your skin type is more oily, I wouldn't recommend this product. But if you still want to use it, try using a smaller amount on your skin. ------------------- Consistency-8/10 - The serum is very light weight and breathable on my skin. It has a very smooth texture, not too oily and not too wet. It glides seamlessly with just a drop or two. - The only concerns I have are the stickiness and the fact it can harden and crystallize in the bottle. But these are easy fixes! - If you happen to struggle with stickiness, make sure that your face is damp (not wet). Damp skin is easier to penetrate than dry skin, this goes for any product on your skin! Simply mist your face with water or gently pat your face with a wet cloth before using the serum and make sure to rub it evenly across your skin. (When rubbing in any product, start from the center of your face and work your way out to the edges of your face.) - If you're struggling with the product crystallizing, just submerge the bottle in hot water for a few minutes, it will melt the crystals back to its serum form! --------------------- Ingredients- 10/10 - This product is PERFECT for Rosacea sufferers. I have looked through each ingredient in the bottle and did research to see if it is helpful or harmful. So this portion of the review will be in mind for those who suffer with Rosacea and sensitive skin. I've also taken the liberty to provide what the ingredient is and what it does. - Note: You can NOT buy Azeliac Acid above 10% without a prescription from a doctor. If you see any products labeled above 10% Azeliac Acid that is over the counter, it is most likely fake. ~Ingredient overview~ - Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract (Aloe Vera Leaf)- Anti-inflammatory, soothing, antioxidant, hydrating. - Azeliac Acid (Dicarboxylic Acid Molecule)- A rosacea sufferer's best friend! I developed PIH after trying out laser treatment for skin tags and milia (never again!!). Read up quite a lot about it and although I do use OTC retinol regularly, I did not want to risk irritating my skin barrier further. I have tried Azelaic acid from a different brand previously in my 20s with very good effect (used to have acne and scarring from that), so I know it works, but it's difficult to get that brand here and this is significantly cheaper so I thought I'll just try it out. Have used azelaic for just over 3 weeks now. The dark spots are still there but I have seen improvement with gradual lightening from almost black to more light-medium brown. Considering that the prescription dose is double the strength, I think that's pretty good, especially as I had no side effects more common to prescription creams like drying, redness, itching or peeling. It's combined with hyaluronic and niacinamide. Started adding tranexamic acid from the same brand to boost its effect with no problems whatsoever. Hopefully, with regular use, I can go back to not wearing makeup again.
