Nice 3/4" Replacement inlet hose valve
Overall great replacement for the old water hose valve that I had for years. Installs very easily with pipe dope and seal well because of the nicely cut threads. The valve itself works well too with a smooth on and off twist. Hose attaches easily and securely too. Overall great value... better than trying to tear apart and rebuild the old one. This one does the trick!

Yeah it gushes!
Hooked this brass beauty up, gave the handle a confident twist, and boom—Niagara in my backyard. The flow? Smooth. Powerful. Like Poseidon himself high-fiving your hose. Sturdy brass build, no leaks, just glorious, high-pressure hydration. It doesn’t drip—it performs. 10/10 would gush again.

What I Like and Don't Like
This brass hose bibb is nicely machined and installed easily. I've always preferred ball valves to compression valves because they can be changed from OFF to full flow with a quarter-turn of the handle. Most well-designed ball valves do not restrict flow when fully open. The valves on these Arrowhead Brass [79-212] 3/4" Male NPT inlet with 3/4 water hose outlets operate smoothly, but I don't like that the internal valve opening is only about 1/4" in diameter. That unnecessarily restricts water flow. Having such a small valve opening makes me wonder, why bother to make a valve with a 3/4" NPT inlet if the valve itself has an opening that is dramatically smaller?
