Not a good product
Lack of power and sounds like something loose or broken inside of the neck or housing not worth the money

This thing won't turn on I even bought a transformer. Something is wrong with the switch

No torque
This product has very little power or torque. As I cut porcelain tiles, if I put pressure and I mean just a little it'll stop turning. Definitely not worth what it cost.
