These sock shoes are a decent option for my son’s very first steps. They’re portable and flexible, which makes them great for early walking and developing balance. However, they tend to come off easily, which can be frustrating. Overall, they’re a good lightweight option, but better for indoor use or supervised play.

My granddaughter is just learning to walk and these are the perfect slipper sock. They stay on her feet and they give her a bit of support.

The shoes are exactly as expected and work great- 5/5 for the shoes! The low rating is not in regard to the shoe functionality or quality but rather the seller. The shoe package came torn and taped together with ‘Amazon’ tape. The shoes were clearly a return that had been resold as ‘new’. I’d be fine with it if I paid for a used pair of shoes, but I paid for the ‘new’ price. I would exchange them, but in checking to see if I got the correct size, my teething son got a hold of one of the shoes and chewed on it thoroughly. As a side note 5 stars for toe box versatility - it’s both toe protection AND a teether!
