Disappointed.
This product is not working. How do I return it to get fixed or my money back. Also it's not compatible with MacBook pro.

Revision: Vendor later responded in Q&A: Product can be used either side up, so is usable with laptops with a sole USB-C port on either side (eg MacBook Pro - port on left, or eg Surface Book 2 - port on right).
