These vitamin drops are really easy to use, and the fruity flavor makes them simple to take first thing in the morning. They do not leave any weird aftertaste. I purchased the liquid B1, B6, and B12 to help with energy and potential neuropathy in my hands. I do a dropper full under the tongue.
