My Doc told me to try this for joint pain. It's cheap & I had never heard of it BUT, after 3-4 weeks of taking it daily, I Swear I feel better. I used to have to ice my hip Every night. Now I don't. Just saying... If you hurt, why not try it. I will keep buying these. I Love having less pain. It doesn't take it all away but, Wow. I'm a happy customer.

My wife takes this as it was recommended by her doctor to help her bone density situation. It has been a help in keeping her safe and functional now that she's retired. This us why we continue to use and appreciate this nice product. A good investment in her health.

When I tried this, I don't think it worked quite as well as other brands. Definitely not as much as the Athlean-X; albeit it also didn't have as many ingredients - but it also did not cost nearly as much. But it was worth a try. "You get what you pay for" came to mind. Maybe the batch I got had went bad, idk.

One bottle was all it took to fix up an ankle sprain that had plagued me for a year. After almost a month, I stopped taking it when the bottle ran out. That was a mistake. I had some withdrawal symptoms in the form of relentless itching for two days. For this reason , while I believe this worked wonders on a problem that even time would not heal, I think you have to treat this supplement with respect. I am back on it three years later for another ankle injury. This time, I am going to taper down the dose from 4-6 per day, to 3-4, then to two, and then one until the bottle is gone. I don't want to be a downer, because I did the research and see little evidence of toxicity, but at least for me, I don't think this is suitable for ongoing long term use [though it may be fine to do this at at lower doses for specific concerns], but I have no problem taking it at a dose of 2000-2500 mg/day, then tapering down, to treat a specific injury. I had cancelled two sports events due to my most recent injury, but after just three days back on cissus, I participated in both.
