My upstairs was sweltering in the summer and freezing in the winter. I had a small layer of fiberglass insulation in the attic, but obviously wasn't enough. After installing this, across the rafters and old insulation, my upstairs is awesome! Temperature is drastically cooler, by about 20 degrees, in the summer. And, about 30 degrees warmer in the winter! And- No itchy fiberglass to worry about! Amazing product. Highly recommended. Worth every penny! Install is very simple. Measure, cut, lay flat. Attach with tape or staple.

Clean, lightweight and easy to cut to size. Used to add to insulation already in my attic. Laid on top of the fiberglass that’s already between the ceiling joists. It’s supposed to reflect heat in the attic back and away from the ceiling in the summer and reflect heat escaping from the house back in during the winter. Too soon to tell how effective it is, but it’s bound to help.

For the past two years I struggled with keeping my heat bill low in the winter because I had drafts coming in from my sliding doors and wall ac units. I purchased this to seal those areas and so far I’ve saved a total of $350 and it’s only been two months in.

I use this to insulate my pop-up camper windows for the slide outs and it works amazing. Keeps the sun out and at least 20° cooler in there. Well worth the purchase!

If you want to put this in your attic to keep your house cooler in Summer, this will work. But don't expect it to keep heat from escaping from your house in Winter.

I stapled this insulation to the underside of our vacation cabin's 1-1/2" tongue and grove floor. Made a noticeable difference in the warmth of the floor (and cabin) the next morning. Easy to trim (I used a utility knife and scissors). Going to order another roll to insulate our pump house.
