Really works!
A friend shared that her medical care provider recommended bergamot to help reduce her cholesterol. I faithfully took it for a year and my cholesterol went down 40 points. I am going to continue taking this from now on!

I have to take with food.
If I take it in the morning with my egg and oatmeal, it doesn't bother my stomach. I had to keep trying for the best time of day to take it. I will KNOW it is working when my blood test is done next year.

Not for me
I'm 5'10 at 170lbs. My family does have a history of high LDLs, and after a visit to the doctor, I was advised to start this supplement before being started on a statin. Redid the blood work after one bottle; there was no change to my levels, even after changing my diet and increasing exercise. This did not work for me.
