Public Law (Spotlights)

I am currently using this book for my law degree and I have to say it is one of the most accessible books on law that I have come across so far...! It is set out really clearly: with highlights of the key learning points, real life explanations of the law and its application, and I have found it is really helping my ability to think more critically about the legal dilemmas I may face in my future career. The colour coded sections make it easy to navigate around and my copy is already well thumbed. The author also gives great tips on how to actually study, research, write assignments and pass exams. It's really well written and you get a real sense of the author having been in our shoes, trying to understand this minefield we are studying! I would definitely recommend this book for all law students. Hope it gets me a first!
