I've tried multiple products in the past 10 years & this brand works the very best for me. I will no longer even try another product because of the excellent results I've maintained using Konsyl. It isn't always available in all groceries/pharmacies & I am very pleased it's available on Amazon plus you can do a subscription, so it arrives regularly without running out with the added price reduction that you benefit from having it as a subscription. It's flavorless & has a mouthfeel that doesn't make you gag. I prefer to just put it in water, but my husband has added it to smoothies without being able to identify it's even there.

Pure psyllium husk, such a great value! I bought a drink frother/handheld blender to mix 1 serving of this into juice and it makes it palatable. Other brands of psyllium mix in flavor and filler and you have to consume significantly more to get the same amount of fiber. I wouldn't say this dissolves easily or really at all that I have noticed. I measure, mix and drink within 60 seconds as I don't like the taste or texture. The longer it sits, the more water it will soak up and the sludgier it will be. Take it from me, buy a handheld mixer and drink this quickly.

I was taking this stuff with 8 oz of water straight for a couple weeks then I thought to put a little bit of cinnamon in there and it made it a lot easier to tolerate. It's still not great because it's kind of like drinking sand but at least it doesn't taste as terrible anymore. It still doesn't taste great but the cinnamon cuts the bad taste down a little bit. I bought the orange version not realizing that it only has 3 grams instead of 5 grams of fiber per serving. I wish I would have seen that before ordering but it does taste way better than the unflavored version. I do think once I finish the orange flavored version, I'll probably switch back in flavor it myself so I don't have to take it as often.

Konsyl is more concentrated and more effective than other comparative psyllium products. Been using konsyl for years and very satisfied with it.

I was taking 5 tablespoons of popular brand and 1 teaspoon of this works better. Wonderful fiber. Little hard to take because it thickens quickly but I just mix and drink it and no problem.

Great poopin'. Mixes well with Coconut Water.
