The TDS value went up from 12 to 35 after this F2 filter replacement. The seller did quickly reach out after seeing my negative review here and was able to quickly resolve my issue. The TDS is running at 12 again with a new F2 filter.

Works as described
These are regular filters that you need to replace every 6 months. Installation is easy and need to let water drain for 15 min. I felt if they provide any return label or something for safely discarding and recycling the filters after use would be good.

TDS Filter Replacement Issue
Krystal from Waterdrop quickly resolved a TDS increase after my F2 filter replacement. The issue turned out to be an early failure of the F3 filter, and she expedited both replacements without delay. Very satisfied with Waterdrop’s customer support and commitment to their product.

it works but slowed down the water flow
it works and I can taste the difference after replacing the old filter. Having said that, it reduced the flow speed significantly compared to the original filter. not sure why
