Love the product. I think it tastes great . I have tried it with water and it has the flavor of a loose turmeric tea. Mixed with milk, it’s much more smooth…add espresso and bam! It tastes even better. Best to use a milk frothed to mix in my opinion (doesn’t mix the best with a spoon). Of course if you like to sip tea or coffee you will need to stir it occasionally as the powder comes out of solution after a while, but that’s just a part of the product. No different that matcha tea…by the way the matcha is great made the same way…2nd purchase and will be buying again…

Bought this for the turmeric component and inflammation. If you’re addicted to sugar it’s not gonna satisfy your hot chocolate craving. I was dealing with some pretty intense inflammation and was trying something to help on the more natural side. Product mixes well with a frothier. I’ve tried it with just hot water, hot almond milk, mixed in fruit/green smoothies, and hot coconut milk. By far the best result is some nice hot/warm coconut milk to sooth the soul. It is earthy, but the coconut milk gets it just right. The inflammation seems to be helped with it, this was only one variable of several adjustments I made. At least now I feel that it keeps its promise and I’ve interjected it to my daily routine if that tells you anything.

Taste great but does not dissolve good at all. If not for that I would give it a 5 star rating

This provide a good sleep, quality, but I am not a fan of the taste. It taste very earthy compared compared to similar products.

I think my search is finally over for something that actually helps with sleep! I was looking for something with mushrooms in it like the very expensive brand has….this one smells and tastes wonderful and it has helped me fall asleep quicker than I ever had. I still wake up about 2:30-3am (usually for the bathroom) but I can fall back to sleep easily. Before using this…once I woke up, it was a miracle if I fell back to sleep. It’s worth a try if you are looking too….if nothing else…its delicious:)
