I like this new HYSapientia Air fryer I have bought, quality is good, takes getting use to because I am use to the Ninja Air fryer. This one is more like a mini oven. Much healthier than Ninja, it is made of stainless steel in and outside, glass window with light when you need it and has made my life so much easier, I don't need the oven for smaller portions. Air fryers excellent, appearance is lovely. Size is excellent too. Definitely value for money comes with so many Accessories, baking tray, metal tray for chips, fish fingers and also a little oven mitt. Overall love the Air fryer, heats great, has all the settings for different things and it programs the correct temperature for the food.

Excellent, it’s really energy efficient, I think a bigger one would have been better, but really I’m satisfied with what I’ve got. My electricity bill has decreased. The only downside is I can’t get some stains off, but overall I’m really happy with it, it’s well worth its money and I would recommend it.

Good 15 litre Air Fryer. Cooked 6 sausages and 12 mozzarella cheese sticks on 1 tray. All cooked nicely in about 20 minutes. Hassle free. Product is noisy, that is the fan is loud, much louder than my previous Duronic air fryer. But you will get use to it. Could have put more food in on another tray too. The spinning chip container is not compatible with this 15L air fryer which was recommended to purchase in additional to this air fryer - I think it is compatible with the larger 24L model.

Cooks food really well, easy to use, good range of heat sources and timer. Easy to clean. Only problem so far is the outer case does get very warm. Other fan that can reccomend.

OK let's start with what's good :- Lovely looking piece of equipment very shiny. Makes wonderful chips, veggie burgers, roasties pizza etc. Even makes nice muffins, although only six at a time - personally I think the cost of energy is a bit much for such a small amount. The not so good points :- the toast is truly awful - really hard and dry and despite the product page saying it makes six slices at once it actually make three. It basically just dries the bread out. Not good. It is also quite a large item if you have a small kitchen, but it's cooking capacity is quite small. Will make a meal for two but that's it. Takes up half my countertop. If you are stuck without an oven, cook lots of chips pizza etc then I would recommend it but it won't replace an oven long term in my opinion anyway. Not if you like to cook. I am am mostly happy with the product but deducted 2 stars for the horrible toast and the cost of energy it consumes.

I bought the fryer in May 1924. Now not working. Only used occasionally.please help

My original one star review is below. After the review was posted i received a message from HYSapienta who firstly apologised for the bad experience and also wanted to know what issues we had found while using the air fryer oven. After I explained what had happened they said that it shouldn't have performed like this and would i be happy to give a second one a try, I decided to see if it would be better than the initial purchase and I am glad that I did because after having now tried it i can honestly say that it performs very well and easily managed to cook the food that the first one was unable to. After having had the option to try it again i am now able to recommend this for two reasons. Firstly it works as described and secondly after having now spoken to the company I am impressed with the customer support from them. For these reasons I have increased my star rating from 1 to 5. The wife wanted me to get this to replace our old one. Initial impressions were that although it looked good the stainless steel was very thin and there was no insulation between the oven and the top and sides. My wife put some slices of beef in gravy in the oven in a small metal tray to warm it up the same as she had done with the previous one but after 45 minutes at 140 degrees the meat was still cold. She also tried to do cheese on toast but the cheese wouldn't melt. I sent the seller a message after we tried to warm the beef asking if it was possibly faulty due to the fact that it was still cold, they replied very quickly and informed me that it was not suitable for warming up food and said that we should use either an oven or microwave. This defeats the whole object of buying it because as it's only the two of us the reason for getting it in the first place was to use it instead of the large expensive main oven and the microwave. Fortunately the Amazon returns process was straightforward so I have now sent it back for a refund and will be looking for one similar to our first one. Unfortunately I am not able to recommend this.

Amazing product - had mine a year and no issues whatsoever.

I really like this as an airfryer but I am finding it incredibly hard to keep clean esp after cooking any form of meat. The grease splatters just will not clean off the stainless steel.
