Q: I read these only last about a month. How is that if they are flavorless?

They are cigarette shaped filters. Just like the filters on a cigarette, but the filter is the entire size of a cigarette. So, how long they last depend on how much you chew on them, and how much spit they absorb. Mine lasted longer than a month because I mostly only used them while driving. And they helped with the other stop smoking aids I used. 6 years free.
